30 Day Blogging Challenge Complete!

Meditation

Over the last few 30 days, I have been blogging every day as a challenge to myself to be creative and to develop new content for the blog. Publishing a new blog post every day has been fantastic in terms of being able to share new ideas with the online community and also to develop a focus for the content of this blog.

I’ve learned a lot and made some mistakes but I feel that this challenge has really reaffirmed to me how much enjoy writing and posting content. One of the biggest challenges was to come up with unique posts to write on a daily basis. Some days I was at a loss about what I would write about but all it took was a great conversation with a friend and that would spark an idea that resulted in a new post. I definitely recommend doing a 30 day challenge to kick start your blog and also as a good practice to challenge your creativity.

My next 30 day challenge is to meditate for at least 10 minutes a day. Meditation is a practice that i’ve been doing on and off for the last 7 years. Recently I’ve fallen of the boat due to my schedule.

I’ll keep you posted!

  1. I completely understand how difficult it is to write for 30 days — especially when your “ideas list” is empty. It’s great to hear that you were able to get through it successfully. Hopefully, your 30-day challenge of meditating is just as fruitful!
