Back with new content in September 2012!

Hey all! I’ve been thoroughly enjoying summer and taking a bit of a break from some of my projects. I’ll be back with new content, book reviews and guest blog posts in the first week of September.

In the meantime, you have to check out this great book I just finished reading. It’s called “How will you measure your life?” by Clayton M. Christensen. This book is packed with great ideas on how to build a meaningful and lucrative career for yourself. What I really loved about the book was how Christensen used a lot of business theories and case studies to illustrate his ideas.

Also, I’ve been listening to a few really good audiobooks on my way to and from work every day. I recently renewed my membership to Audible.com which is a fantastic site for getting good quality audiobooks at a significant discount. I have the platinum membership which gets you two credits per month which are good for two books. The cost of each credit works out to about $11 each so your getting a great deal on audiobooks. I highly recommend you check out Audible.com. It’s been a great way for me to cross off a ton of books of my list that I’ve been meaning to get to but haven’t had the time to sit down and read.

With that, I leave you to enjoy the last two weeks of August and I’ll be back in September!

  1. Thanks for the suggested book. I love to read and I do use audible all the time I get about two books a month and I do read the reviews there too. some have helped in the selecting of books, love it. They run deals and speacial too. So sometimes you can get a book for 5 bucks or other amounts its listed for. Last month they had a buy one get one free. I stocked up on Diana Gabaldon books which are about 15 hours of read per book. I read a varity of books. love, self help,sci-fi, fantasy, how to books, motivational ones. so I agree with you there. Great place to get books. On ipod/pads, readers or other devices.
